IUCN Pakistan, in collaboration with the Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination (MoCC&EC), organized the Upscaling Green Pakistan Programme (UGPP) Annual Review and Planning Workshop from 10–12 September 2025 in Islamabad.

The workshop brought together Provincial Project Directors (PDs) of Forest and Wildlife departments along with their teams. Participants reviewed the progress of the 2024–25 implementation year and discussed priorities and strategies for 2025–26.

This annual workshop served as a platform for sharing experiences, addressing challenges, and coordinating next steps for the effective implementation of UGPP activities across all provinces.
